• Processing configured so your data is not used to train AI models.
• Where your requirements call for it, hosting on cloud infrastructure from SOC 2-attested providers, encrypted in transit and at rest, region-pinned.
• Least-privilege access scoped to exactly what the workflow needs; draft-only where it fits (we propose, your team approves and sends).
• A signed DPA (or a BAA for healthcare), disclosed subprocessors, and access you can revoke on a day’s notice.
