Privacy policy.

Last updated: June 2026

JP Works LLC (“JP Works”, “we”, “us”) is an automation consulting firm registered in California. This policy covers two things: how we handle data on this website, and how we handle data in the AI-powered messaging systems we build and operate for client businesses. We do not sell your data. Principal contact: Justin Punzalan, justin@jpworks.io.

1. What we collect

On this website: when you submit the contact form we collect your name and email, and optionally your phone number, business name, and message. We also collect privacy-respecting analytics (pages viewed, referrer, device and browser, approximate location from IP) and session recordings in which all form inputs are masked. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.

Through messaging systems we operate for clients: contact information (name, email, phone number) typically provided when a customer initiates a message, books an appointment, or fills out a contact form; conversation logs (the content of text messages, chat messages, or other communications); appointment and scheduling data; and usage data such as message timestamps and delivery status.

2. SMS and messaging (TCPA)

If you receive automated text messages through a system we have built for a client, you consented to receive those messages by initiating contact with the business or by opting in. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. Message and data rates may apply.

3. Mobile data is never sold

No mobile information collected from text-message opt-ins (including phone numbers, message content, and consent records) will be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or solicitation purposes.

4. How we use it

To reply to you and set up a call, to deliver the services and messaging workflows we operate, and to understand how this site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell or rent your data.

5. Who we share it with

We use service providers that process data on our behalf. For this website: PostHog (analytics and masked session recording), Vercel (hosting), GoHighLevel (managing and following up on inquiries), and Resend (delivering inquiries to us by email). For client messaging systems: Airtable, Twilio, ManyChat, ElevenLabs, Stripe, and OpenRouter or other AI inference providers. Each processes data under its own terms.

6. Cookies and analytics

PostHog may set cookies to measure usage. Session recordings mask all form inputs, so the contents of the contact form are not captured in recordings. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, analytics is disabled for your visit.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to opt out of analytics. To make a request, email us and we will respond.

8. Retention

We keep submissions and messaging records for as long as needed to provide the service and maintain our business records, and we delete them on request where we are not required to keep them.
